It seems that nowadays Deion Sanders makes the news more because of his comments regarding his son, Shedeur Sanders, than for his job as Colorado’s head coach. Somewhat understandable, considering the disappointing season the Buffaloes just went through. It still begs the question of whether he should be focusing on his team above his son’s career.
Believe Believe Believe! When someone shows u who they are Believe them. You may be uncomfortable & it may pierce your heart but the pain u feel right now is far less than the damage u will encounter in the future. Pick your head up & keep your composure baby. GO! #CoachPrime

In his most recent tweet, he seemingly went after Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski after he made a controversial decision to keep Shedeur out of a crucial two-point conversion on Sunday.
“Believe Believe Believe! When someone shows u who they are Believe them. You may be uncomfortable & it may pierce your heart but the pain u feel right now is far less than the damage u will encounter in the future. Pick your head up & keep your composure baby. GO! #CoachPrime,” wrote Sanders on X.
Shedeur Sanders has been the team starter since leading them to a victory over the Las Vegas Raiders a couple of weeks ago. It seemed like the coaching staff had put all of their faith behind him.
However, on Sunday, with a minute to go and an opportunity to tie with the Tennessee Titans and send the game into overtime, Stefanski decided not to put his quarterback on the field for a crucial two-point conversion. Ultimately, they failed to convert and lost the game.
What Did Kevin Stefanski Say About Not Playing Shedeur Sanders In The Last Offensive Play Of The Game?
While Stefanski has decided not to explain his reasoning for not playing Shedeur Sanders, he did admit in the game’s aftermath that the entire situation was his fault.
“Not going to get into all the specifics but obviously it did not go as we thought it would,” Stefanski said after the game.
“I make every call. … I’m responsible for all of it,” Stefanski added.
The head coach decided to be held accountable, despite the fact that he handed over play-calling duties to his offensive coordinator in Week 9. Regardless, it seems like a lost opportunity to bring about the second win of the Shedeur Sanders era at Cleveland.
