‘F*ck This Year’: Deion Sanders Jr. Opens Up About Hardships Faced In 2025 As New Year Begins

It is now 2026, and the Sanders family welcomed it with a bang. Deion Sanders Jr. threw a New Year’s Eve party in style, and it included his dad, NFL Hall of Famer and Super Bowl champion Deion Sanders, and he vlogged about it in his “Well Off Media” YouTube channel. He also played a clip at the start featuring his brother, Cleveland Browns starting quarterback Shedeur Sanders.

The eldest son of Deion Sanders talked about 2025 and admitted that it had been a rough one for him, but he stayed positive and looked at it on the bright side, saying that at least he learned a few lessons from what had happened. He said:

“This actually been a tough rough-*ss year. It’s been a this been a learning year. This been a life lesson year. Like it’s been a tough year. Actually, f**k this year, but regardless, God is great. I appreciate all the lessons and these lessons be blessings at the end of the day. They’re very needed.” (3:34)

This was happening at the Sanders estate in Texas, as several family members arrived to ring in the new year. They gathered around a bonfire as it was getting cold, even in Texas, and some of them were preparing food for the party. When it was time for the countdown, they watched as fireworks filled the sky to welcome 2026. They then had a New Year’s Eve dinner and spent some quality time with family.

Despite this, a few family members were missing, including Shedeur, who was still busy with the Cleveland Browns, as the NFL regular season is still ongoing despite several teams, including the Browns, already being eliminated from playoff contention.

Meanwhile, Deion Sanders Jr. is coming back to music, and he will be dropping a new track “this week or next”, making many of his fans excited. What got many other people talking was that the clean version of his track will include a guest appearance from his dad, Deion Sanders.

“Coach Prime on the clean version remix (I’m dead serious),” he said in an Instagram post.

The younger Sanders did try his hand at football and played for the SMU Mustangs. However, that did not work out and he instead became a musician and then a content creator. He usually vlogs about behind-the-scenes looks at Sanders family functions and what happens within the Colorado Buffaloes football program.
