Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott took some well-deserved time off during the team’s bye week to celebrate his fiancée, Sarah Jane’s birthday. Prescott, who has been leading the Cowboys through an up-and-down season, made good use of the time off.
They were seen relaxing and smiling alongside Sarah Jane as the couple enjoyed a romantic break away from the gridiron spotlight. Sarah Jane, who works in the wine and spirits industry and is known for her strong social media presence.
Jane shared a collage of sweet moments on her Instagram Story. The pictures, taken by Jane herself, captured the couple’s playful chemistry, from cozy embraces to candid smiles and kisses on her special day.

Prescott, who became a father of two this year, has continued to anchor the Cowboys’ offense in 2025. He’s thrown for over 2,300 yards, 17 touchdowns, and has been one of the league’s most efficient passers. Still, the Cowboys have struggled to find consistency, sitting at 3-5-1 in the NFC East.
Under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer, Dallas has shown flashes of potential but also moments of frustration on both sides of the ball. As the season enters its second half, Prescott’s leadership will be key to keeping the team in playoff contention.
Dak Prescott’s Powerful Speech on Brotherhood
During what’s been an emotional stretch for the Cowboys, Prescott recently delivered a heartfelt message about brotherhood following the passing of teammate Marshawn Kneeland. Drawing from personal experience and empathy, he reminded players about the importance of connection, vulnerability, and genuine care within a team.
Prescott urged teammates to value their relationships beyond football, to check in, to talk, and to lean on one another. He reflected on how fleeting life can be and how essential it is to create space for open conversation, especially around mental health.
His words carried extra weight, given his own history of loss and his ongoing advocacy for emotional wellness through his Faith Fight Finish Foundation.
“Hug your teammates. Tell your teammates you love them. If you’re going through something, don’t be afraid to share it. You and your teammate, or you and a couple of teammates, whoever, y’all can get through. This problem may seem a lot to one person, but I promise you, to the team, it’s nothing. That’s what my mind is with my heart. I love you guys,” Prescott SAID.
