The Kansas City Chiefs made a costly play on defense that went in favor of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The play in question happened late in the fourth quarter when the Chiefs were charged with a holding penalty against Chamarri Conner, who was called out for holding Jaguars’ Brian Thomas Jr.
The penalty put the Jaguars on the one-yard line with 30 seconds left, and the Chiefs were leading 28-24. In the following play, Trevor Lawrence punched it in for a touchdown, giving Jacksonville the lead back, 31-28. It was over by then as only a few seconds remained.

“Chiefs lose. F**k you special teams… so many god damn penalties…. So undisciplined….. Mahomes great performance got wasted…. Defense you did them no favors too, you deserve to lose this game and its your own fault,” another fan wrote.
“Shoutout the Chamarri Connor for committing pass interference so blatant that the refs actually had to call a game-deciding flag on the Chiefs,” one fan added.
“He was Conner grabbed his arm before the WR could get the ball,” one fan reacted to the play.
Several fans debated about the penalty, but most of them said the penalty was justified.
“defensive pi. you underthrow the receiver so he can work back through the defender committing the penalty. it’s a kc staple,” one fan said.
“are you blind? he grabbed his arm so he couldn’t catch it,” another fan added.
“You don’t know ball if you’re complaining ab this,” another fan wrote.
