    Will CeeDee Lamb Play This Week? What Fantasy Owners Need to Know About Cowboys WR Status

    The Dallas Cowboys and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb take on the Los Angles Chargers this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET.

    A win is required for Dallas in order to stay alive in the playoff hunt, but according to NFL.com, the Cowboys have a 1% chance of making the postseason entering Week 16. In order for Dallas to make the playoffs, they have to win out and have the Philadelphia Eagles lose out, and becoming NFC East champs.

    As Dallas prepares for a big game against the 10-4 Chargers, Lamb’s status is up in the air.

    CeeDee Lamb Injury Update Today

    CeeDee Lamb popped up on the Dallas Cowboys’ injury report on Wednesday. He missed the Cowboys’ practice following an illness. No further details have been given about Lamb’s illness/ his status in Thursday’s practice.

    As of right now, CeeDee Lamb’s game status wasn’t released on the team’s recent injury report. His status in Thursday’s practice should provide more of an understanding on his illness/his status for this weekend.

    There’s no cause for concern, as multiple players in the league throughout the year miss some practices due to some illnesses. Still, it’s too early to tell whether or not it will effect Lamb’s game status for Sunday.

    CeeDee Lamb’s 2025 Stats

    CeeDee Lamb is currently on pace to record a fifth-straight 1,000-yard receiving season. Entering Week 16, Lamb has 63 receptions for 976 yards and three receiving touchdowns. His 976 yards ranks eight in the league.

    Lamb has been inactive for three games this season and has put up those numbers in just 11 games played. He’s had six games this season (including the last three he’s played in) where he’s had at least 100 receiving yards.

    With the addition of George Pickens, the Cowboys have one of the best WR duos in the NFL. Pickens ranks top 10 in all major receiving categories with 81 receptions for 1,212 yards and eight receiving touchdowns.
