The week continues to get worse for Stefon Diggs. Now, he’s facing another legal issue, this time a paternity lawsuit filed by influencer Aileen Lopera. This issue was brought up earlier, but now it has taken another turn.
Diggs’ team, the New England Patriots are headed to the playoffs, and he was one of the key contributors in the win against the Ravens that helped them qualify. With so much legal drama around him, it’s tough to imagine if he’ll even be able to focus on important games ahead.
While Diggs must be under tremendous pressure, it has created an opportunity for some people to throw jabs at him. His girlfriend Cardi B’s ex-husband, Offset, took a dig at him earlier today.
Offset allegedly posted a picture of himself on his Instagram story and wrote:
“I won.”

Offset’s account has since been deactivated. However, fans who took a screenshot of his post are claiming that it was one of the last things he posted on his account.
While a simple “I won” doesn’t directly convey what the rapper was trying to say, some fans are connecting it to the legal troubles that Diggs is facing right now. Ever since Diggs and Cardi got together, there have been rumors about an alleged beef between Offset and the Patriots star.
But an alleged social media post by Offset is not Diggs’ biggest problem right now. He is in deep trouble with multiple legal issues at the same time. The lawsuit from Lopera is the latest addition.
“Court documents show Lopera is requesting DNA testing and full parental support, alleging she has “irrefutable evidence” to support her claims. As of now, Diggs has not publicly responded,” Tasha K reported.
This is the second legal issue that has been brought up in the last 24 hours.
Stefon Diggs is Also Facing Strangulation and Assault Charges
Yesterday, ESPN reported that Diggs was facing a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of assault. The alleged incident happened on December 2. The woman in this matter approached the police on December 16.
She detailed that she was working as a private chef on the day of the incident. The woman stated that Diggs entered her room and allegedly smacked her across the face. The reason behind this alleged violence was a discussion about money owed to her.
The woman claimed that Diggs also tried to choke her with his elbow around his neck. Since the issue has become public, the Patriots have issued a statement. The franchise stated that they had talked to Diggs about the same, and he denied all allegations.
