The Philadelphia Eagles have registered back-to-back dominant wins. They had a blowout 31-0 win against the Raiders and followed it with a 29-18 win over the Commanders. Their season record now sits at 10-5, top of the NFC East chart.
But can the Eagles secure the number one seed? Just a few days ago, they were in contention to possibly get the number one seed. Despite their string of losses against the Cowboys, Bears, and Chargers, they had a chance.
Then the 49ers played the Colts on December 22 and destroyed the Eagles’ hopes. With that win, the 49ers moved up to 11-4 and surpassed the Eagles. With a 10-5 record, the Eagles are the third seed right now.
They are likely going to remain the third seed, behind the Seattle Seahawks with a 12-3 record and the Chicago Bears with an 11-4 record. The Eagles still have two more games left to play in the coming weeks.
Their first matchup out of the two will be an away game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. The Bills have secured a playoff spot and are on a hot streak with four consecutive wins. Beating them isn’t going to be easy.
Then, in the final week of the NFL regular season, the Eagles will face the Washington Commanders at home. The team from their division has struggled throughout the season and, with a 4-11 record, is out of playoff contention.
This is the Eagles’ fifth consecutive playoff appearance. They have made the playoffs every year since 2017, except in the year 2020.
Philadelphia Eagles Star is Making Headlines with Dating Rumors
The Eagles’ cornerback, Cooper DeJea,n has sparked dating rumors with WWE star Nikki Bella in the recent weeks. It all started when Bella attended an Eagles game and later visited the team’s locker room.
She was seen posing in front of DeJean’s locker and posted a video of the same on her Instagram. The cornerback also commented on one of her posts about the visit. While none of them have confirmed the relationship, the rumors have only grown stronger.
Interestingly, Bella, during her recent WWE appearance, gave a shoutout to the Eagles as a team of champions.
“This [pointing to herself] is what champions look like, do you got that?” Bella SAID. “How would you people know what champions look like. I mean, you root for the Lions. I mean, let’s be honest, the Lions wish they were as good as the Philadelphia Eagles, am I right?”

Boasting about the Eagles’ success amid strong dating rumors with one of their brightest young stars certainly didn’t help in shutting down the discussions around them.
