PIC: Take a Look at $20,000,000 Worth Brock Purdy’s Luxurious House Where 49ers QB Hosts Fun-Packed Team Parties

From the time when he was still called “Mr. Irrelevant” after being drafted last in his class, Brock Purdy owns a luxurious tree house in the Bay Area estate where he previously hosted his San Francisco 49ers teammates.

Back in 2024, just before the start of the season, the 49ers quarterback, who is worth $20 million (via Celebrity Net Worth), hosted his teammates for a barbecue. He had social media sensation Chuck Matto up there to serve the feast. Matto, a big fan of the 49ers, gave a glimpse of Purdy’s massive tree house through an Instagram post, in which he wrote:

“Team Dinner!!!! Last night I had the honor of serving some of the quarterbacks and linemen from the @49ers 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 We brought a full feast!! Pulled pork, tri-tips, party ribs and chicken thighs along with a bunch of sides 🔥 The boys ate good and are fueled up proper!”

The picture featured a massive tree house, complete with a rope banister and rustic charm. As per the picture shown by SFGate, the tree house is built high on sturdy wooden stilts. It has natural wood siding and modern finishes. The estate is wrapped with expansive windows.

Brock Purdy Receives Massive Praise as 49ers Eye Playoff Push

Brock Purdy’s 49ers finished with a 12-5 record, clinching a wild-card spot in the NFC playoffs. They are scheduled to face the Philadelphia Eagles next.

Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni called Purdy a “winner” ahead of the wild-card matchup.

“I just think he’s a winner,” Sirianni told reporters on Wednesday. “He’s won everywhere he’s went, and you know, really good football player. [He] does a really good job with the system that they run. He has the ability to extend plays, has the ability to find guys that are open, and find the right receiver. Tough, he’s tough.”

Purdy has done well vs the Eagles. He is 1-1 and that loss came in the 2022 NFC Conference Championship game, in which the quarterback suffered an elbow injury and was forced to leave the game early.

Overall, Purdy is 34-17, including the playoffs. It remains to be seen if he can improve his record against the Eagles in the wild-card game.
