Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle have been one of the internet’s most followed couples for nearly two years. The NFL spotlight and social media star power made the pair one of the most well-known celebrity couples.
Breakup rumors have circulated for weeks, and fans noticed subtle signs as Earle pursued her Dancing with the Stars run while Berrios managed a difficult NFL season marked by injuries and limited playing time.
Those rumors have now escalated into firm reports. Multiple major outlets, including PEOPLE, E! News, and more, have stated the two have ended their relationship. Each outlet cited its own sources, adding weight to the story and making the split appear far more concrete than speculation.

“Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios have broken up after more than two years together,” PEOPLE reported. “Multiple sources confirm to PEOPLE that the couple recently split and that the breakup was mutual. Reps for the stars could not immediately be reached for comment.”
The timing matches weeks of fan questioning, especially during Earle’s DWTS stretch, when Berrios was notably absent while she advanced to the finals. In November, a fan dropped a comment on one of Earle’s TikTok videos, hoping the couple was still together.
“Ugh I hope u and Braxton are still together,” a fan commented on her TikTok video.
Earle responded by explaining he wasn’t able to attend because of football obligations.
“He couldn’t come bc of football,” she responded.
At the time, many fans took it as reassurance, but others viewed it as a sign of distance between them. She ultimately finished as a runner-up on DWTS with no public appearance from Berrios, which only intensified the conversation around their status.
Alix Earle Praised Braxton Berrios for Being Supportive
Earlier in the season, Earle spoke warmly about Berrios in an interview with E! News. She described leaning on him during stressful rehearsals and finding comfort in his encouragement while preparing for the show.
She said she turned to him when her confidence dipped and relied on his reassurance during some of the tougher stages of the competition.
“He’s so supportive,” she SAID. “I FaceTime him every day and every chance I get. He’s always supportive and I’m there to support him too. We’re both on crazy schedules right now, but it’s been great supporting each other and getting to see each other.”
Despite both juggling demanding schedules, she emphasized how consistent their support for each other had been. That makes the current situation even more striking. What once looked like a strong, balanced relationship now appears to have quietly ended behind the scenes.
