Thursday is here. This is the last day for fantasy managers to set their lineups before another week of playoff football. This week could be the last week of fantasy for many owners. Every point matters, which includes your defense. If your defense is playing a great offense, waivers might be the best option to help your teams this week. Let’s look at some of the best streaming defenses for Week 16.
Top Streaming Defenses Week 16
Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs have been playing well lately, and now they have the Titans on deck. Cam Ward has shown flashes of life, but it should be safe to trust Kansas City. The only issue here would be how many banged up starters are going to play since the playoffs aren’t in the picture. Either way, the defending Super Bowl Championship should still be looking to end the season right.
New Orleans Saints
The Saints are rarely a defense to trust. This week, however, they got the Jets. The Jets have been one of the best teams for defenses to play against all year. Pair that up with a Saints defense that has been playing a lot better against playoff worthy opponents. The Saints look like a great streaming option this week.
Tennessee Titans
Gardner Minshew II. That is the only reason that Tennessee has made this list. It could end up being a super low-scoring game in this one. The Titans should be able to get at least one turnover in this game as well. If they can, this could be one of the more underrated picks of the year.
Denver Broncos
The Broncos are somehow still available in plenty of leagues. If this is the case for you, go get the Broncos defense. They have played great against plenty of good offenses. The Jags are this week, and while Lawrence had a game and a half last week, it should be back to normal this week.
Bottom Line
Every single point matters. It can not be said enough times. Deciding not to play a certain player for bias or because you don’t watch to drop them could end up costing you your season. Make smart choices and go out there and get another win. Good Luck!
