Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman missed his second straight game as he was disciplined by the franchise.
In the wake of this ongoing disciplinary situation, former Cincinnati Bengals star Chad Johnson, who is worth $15 million (via Celebrity Net Worth), shared his honest feelings regarding the wide receiver’s future during his conversation with Ryan Clark. Johnson suggested the healthy scratch was a warning to Coleman that he is not all that important to the team.
“Your time is ticking,” Johnson said. “Your time is ticking. When we were all young, we were late. Hell, I was late — but I still played, because I was an important piece of that dynamic we had in Cincinnati. When you’re an important piece, a valuable piece of an offense, and they know they need you, they won’t sit you. But if they can have you sit out a whole game and then go out there and be as productive as they were offensively, it’s a sign they don’t need you. So they’re giving you grace — and they’re giving you a warning.”
Johnson reshared the post on his social media while adding that if he gets an opportunity to train him, the defensive backs of the NFL will be in trouble.
“Once i get a hold on Keon Coleman in the offseason it’s a wrap for all DB’s. 🤫” he tweeted.

Why Is Keon Coleman Not Playing?
According to head coach Sean McDermott, since the wide receiver missed the mandatory team meeting before last weekend’s game, Coleman warmed the bench for the Bills’ encounter against the Houston Texans.
Keon Coleman, who was drafted last year, had a promising start to the season, catching 32 receptions for 330 yards and three touchdowns through nine games. However, a missed meeting has set him back for two games, including a healthy scratch, which was a first in his career.
Coleman acknowledged the punishment, saying he needs to be better as a professional.
“Just got to be better,” Coleman said after the game. “Focus on next week… I mean, I knew that,” Coleman said on when he realized he was going to be inactive. “S—, you can’t keep doing it. You can’t make those types of mistakes. You’re a professional.”
Meanwhile, coach Sean McDermott said that the wide receiver will learn from this experience, which will help him grow professionally off the field.
