    Puerto Rican singer and songwriter Benito Martínez, better known by his stage name of Bad Bunny, has been announced as the headline act of the halftime show for Super Bowl LX this upcoming February. The announcement was made through Bad Bunny’s Instagram account, in collaboration with several key corporate accounts like Sunday Night Football on NBC, the NFL, and Apple Music (With Apple being the current sponsor of the Halftime Show).

    A short video showed the Grammy Award winner sitting on a football goal post, while being on a beach that looks to be inspired by his native Puerto Rico. The announcement was set to the tune of one of his earliest hits, 2019’s single “Calladita”.

    Super Bowl LX will be held at Levi Stadium in San Francisco, California, on Sunday, February 8th, 2026. This will be Bad Bunny’s second appearance at a Halftime Show, having made a short appearance at 2020’s Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, which was headlined by Colombian singer Shakira and Puerto Rican American star Jennifer López.

    Bad Bunny’s musical success has translated into financial success. According to Forbes, the musician made $88 million in 2022. There is no newer data about his income, but his net worth is estimated to be around $50 million.
