NFL Insider Predicts $7,700,000,000 Franchise As Arch Manning’s Potential Spot In 2026 Draft

Arch Manning finished his first season as Texas’s starting quarterback with an overall record of 9-3.

The Longhorns QB was among the most hyped-up players of the country during the college football preseason, with many analysts predicting him to win the Heisman Trophy and also grab the No. 1 overall spot even before he played his first game in 2025.

Manning saw some struggles in the early weeks of the season especially in the debut week against Ohio State that ended in a 14-7 loss for the Longhorns. However, he did find his rhythm later in the season and ended the year by throwing for 3,163 yards, securing 26 touchdowns and seven interceptions while also adding 399 rushing yards and 10 more scores on the ground.

Talking about where Manning would go if he did declare for the 2026 NFL Draft, insider Dan Orlovsky, made a bold statement on ESPN, saying that he would be the No. 1 overall pick, heading to the $7,700,000,000 worth franchise, Las Vegas Raiders.

“Arch Manning is kind of like the throwback 1970 quarterback with modern-day training and nutrition,” Orlovsky began. “I’m a huge fan of this guy. He’s physically, remarkably gifted. He’s intelligent when it comes to the football understanding of speed and space, all that. I think he’s wired the right way. When you watch him on a sideline, he’s ultra-competitive. I think he’s weathered a lot. He’s going into the NFL, or when he does, he’s gonna have weathered so many different storms. And we know that’s a huge deal.”

“So many different finger-pointings and adversity and hype and falling short and getting punched and getting backed up. You got to have that skill. You have to have that trait to be elite outside of the physical things,” Orlovsky explained. “And so, yeah, he would be the number one runaway, runaway.”

When Steve Sarkisian Applauded Arch Manning’s Resilience

Arch Manning faced a lot of criticism at various points in the season as the pressure that his surname carries was like nobody else’s in the 2025 college football season.

Applauding the way Manning handled the adversity he faced, Steve Sarkisian reminded everyone that no other player went through something like this and that the Texas QB kept his focus on what he needed to do.

“To his credit, I think, man, the guy showed so much resolve and resiliency and just stick to it-ness, to the task at hand. And, again, it wasn’t a perfect journey to get to this point.” Sarkisian said on November 25.

Sarkisian concluded saying that it’s good to not have a perfect journey as the team missed the Playoff spot this year.
