Miami Heat vs Chicago Bulls Preview and Prediction
The Miami Heat appear to have found their rhythm after a sluggish start to the season. Sitting at 15-15 just before Christmas, Miami has turned things around by winning five of its last seven games since Dec. 27. That stretch has pushed the Heat to a solid 20-17 record.
Norman Powell has been largely responsible for the success during this run. He looks fully comfortable with his new team and has averaged 26.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game over that span.
Chicago’s season has gone in the opposite direction. After opening the year with a perfect 5-0 record, the Bulls have struggled to regain that early form. A recent three-game losing streak has dropped them to 10th place in the Eastern Conference with a 17-20 record.
The challenge is set to grow even tougher for Chicago heading into this matchup. The Bulls will be without notable players, including Coby White, Josh Giddey, Jalen Smith, and Zach Collins. With a depleted roster and Miami playing some of its best basketball of the season, the Heat enter this game as clear favorites.
Prediction: Expect the Heat to win by 13 points.
