LeBron James and Chris Paul have known each other for a long time. LeBron has been in the league for 23 years now, and CP3 has been there for 21 years. The two veterans are still active. However, Paul announced last month that he was ready to hang up his boots after an illustrious career. 12x All-Star Paul wanted to end his NBA career with his beloved Los Angeles Clippers.
Many are of the opinion that Chris Paul is one of the best players to never win an NBA championship. Many also believe that Paul put the Clippers on the NBA map. Earlier in November, LeBron reacted to the news of Paul announcing his retirement at the end of the season.
James hoped that Paul could just enjoy his final year in the NBA. LeBron’s words showed how much he cared about a fellow veteran and his close friend. He shared how Paul would never get these moments back again and that these were supposed to be the last moments for CP3 as an NBA legend and fan of the game. However, this did not pan out the way everyone had hoped.
Earlier this month, the Clippers released Paul amid the team’s struggles. LeBron has reacted to the Clippers sending him home.
“No, I haven’t talked to him [Chris Paul],” James said as a reporter asked him to present his view on the Clippers’ treatment of Chris Paul. He answered, “Not for me to comment on. It’s none of my business.”

“What does Ty Lue have on all these ppl?????” one fan said.
“Gotta be AI,” one fan commented.
“LeBron always talking about stuff that’s not his business,” another hinted at wanting a more definite answer.
“They just lost the game & they asking em about another man. SMH cmon now,” one fan called out the reporter.
“I respect the answer,” another fan liked what James said.
“He has so much to say about everything else…” another fan wanted a firmer stand.
