The reports and rumors of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s unrest with the Milwaukee Bucks is well known right now in the NBA world. There have been reports that suggest Antetokounmpo’s agent had been figuring out a way to exit the Bucks and find him a better suitor. There have been multiple teams who would love to have someone like Giannis in their team.
Despite head coach Doc Rivers’ reassurances and Giannis Antetokounmpo shutting down any trade rumors, NBA insiders believe the story is not over yet. Two teams who were in the forefront of these reports were Stephen Curry’s Warriors and Trae Young’s Atlanta Hawks.
The asset package that Golden State Warriors have as of now did not interest the Bucks. Warriors also showed interest in Anthony Davis as they are in desperate need of a solid center in their roster. As for Atlanta Hawks, the reports suggested that Bucks were remotely interested in their asset package for the trade. This included concrete reports that Trae Young will not be a part of that trade. However, now according to NBA insider Marc Stein, Hawks will very well be open to trade Trae Young.

“There is a growing belief leaguewide that the Hawks are more open to trading him away than they’ve ever been,” Marc Stein reported.
The Hawks are 0-6 since Trae Young returned from injury. They have given up 125+ points in each of those games. Without Trae, the Hawks are 13-10 this season. Individually, Young has been pretty average according to his standards. In 10 games so far, he has averaged 19.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 8.9 assists.
Fans React To Trae Young’s Trade Rumors
