    Anthony Edwards Makes Massive Claim About Matching Up vs Michael Jordan in His Prime

    Anthony Edwards has been in the NBA for over five years now. He was drafted as the first pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Ever since his debut in the NBA, Edwards has never lacked confidence. He is one of the most talented players in the league right now and is showcasing some of the best brand of basketball.

    Edwards is averaging 29.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in 24 games so far this season. The Minnesota Timberwolves are fifth in the Western Conference. They currently have a 20-11 record. The last game against the Denver Nuggets was one for the books, as Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Anthony Edwards, and Julius Randle put on a show.

    Jokic led the floor with a massive performance of 56 points, 16 rebounds, and 15 assists. The game went into OT. Edwards gave a tough competition with his 44 points. He recently revealed exactly how much he rates himself as a player, which involved a straight comparison with the legendary Michael Jordan.

    Anthony Edwards answered who he would have matched up with or been like if he had played in the NBA during the 80s or the 90s. He said:

    “They going to hate me again when I say this, I already know. I would have been the guy that would like match up with MJ. I would have been that match up. That would have been me.”

    The fans online could not believe Anthony Edwards’ confidence as he named Michael Jordan.
