    Kaulig Racing Boss Drops Reaction As RAM Reveals All New Reality Competition Series ‘Race For The Seat’

    RAM has unveiled its new reality TV show for its upcoming return to NASCAR, and Kaulig Racing’s CEO, Chris Ric,e reacted with excitement

    RAM is set to make a comeback in NASCAR after over a decade, and the Stellantis brand’s partnership with Kaulig Racing will put five RAM 1500 trucks in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series this season. Three drivers have been announced for full-time rides. Justin Haley, Daniel Dye, and Brenden “Butterbean” Queen are confirmed as part of the lineup, and the reality show winner will fill the fourth seat. But the fifth will be an “all-star” or rotating entry.

    On Friday (January 9) morning, RAM released details about the show and its format. And Kaulig Racing’s CEO, Chris Rice, replied to the announcement on X, writing:

    “So much fun!! Let’s go!!”

    The ‘Race for the Seat’ is set to premiere live on FOX on Sunday, January 25 at 12 pm ET / 9 am PT. The eight-part series will see 15 drivers compete for one of the five spots on Kaulig’s RAM 1500 truck team in the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The winner will earn a full-time seat with Kaulig Racing for next season.

    The full-list of the 15 drivers who will compete for the final truck seat has not been released, but part-time Truck driver for Halmar Friesen Racing, Mike Christopher Jr., and defending Whelen Modified Tour champion, Austin Beers, are featured in the trailer for the series.

    RAM Releases Trailer for Race For The Seat Season 1

    RAM also released the trailer for its Race For The Seat series on Friday. The 15 drivers will race in Legends cars and Late Models at tracks like Virginia International Raceway and South Boston Speedway. Contestants will also live together and face challenges designed to show who is best suited for a NASCAR truck ride.

    RAM CEO Tim Kuniskis, who was also featured in the trailer, can be heard saying:

    “It’s about the old fashioned, giving a sh*t.”

    The series, which is produced by Dana White’s Thrill Sports Productions, will also include commentary from UFC CEO Dana White, Kaulig Racing team owner Matt Kaulig and Kuniskis. Popular television series Landman actor Jacob Lofland will host the show.

    Ram announced its partnership with Kaulig Racing in June last year, and its CEO has also revealed plans for more seasons of Race for the Seat.

    Fans can watch the first episode live of the new series on FOX and then follow the rest of the competition on FS1 and RAM’s YouTube channel. New episodes will be released from January 26 through February 6.
