Savo Drezgic entered the transfer portal on Tuesday, becoming the third bulldog to do so this year after Silas Demary Jr. and RJ Godfrey, who have since joined UConn and Clemson, respectively.
Drezgic has three years of eligibility remaining, and he averaged 2.9 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 4.0 assists in eight games for Georgia. He originally joined the Bulldogs in June 2024 after reclassifying from the 2025 class.

North Carolina
North Carolina has lost former five-star recruit Ian Jackson to the transfer portal and could be looking to replace him. Jackson. The freshman finished the 24/25 season, averaging 11.9 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. He started in 12 of 36 game appearances for the Tar Heels, scoring 20 points or more on eight separate occasions.
St. John’s
St. John’s head coach, Rick Pitino, has been very vocal about his need to recruit guards.
“Certainly, it’s point guard right now, that’s No. 1,” he told reporters as he received the Associated Press Co-Coach of the Year.
He could be interested in adding the Serbian guard to his roster.
NC State.
NC State have a new head coach, Will Wade who has quite the job in his hands as six members of the 2024-25 NC State basketball roster entered this year’s portal. Wade has to secure replacements and Drezgic could be an option for him and his coaching staff.
Alabama
Alabama came close to a Final Four appearance this year but fell short by one win. Head coach Nate Oats and his staff are already working to build a roster capable of making another deep tournament run next year.

Xavier
Xavier lost a lot of players ahead of the 2025-26 season, and head coach Richard Pitino has made it known that he’d use the transfer portal to fill his roster.
“We have to add a lot of players,” the head coach told reporters. “The reality is a high school kid is not in the cards unless something pops up this spring.”
