USA Basketball has announced that the 2025 USA Basketball 3X Nationals will take place at the Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Arizona, from May 2 to 4. The tournament will serve as an evaluation for selection to future USA Basketball 3×3 men’s and women’s national teams, including the 2025 FIBA 3×3 World Cup in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Up to eight men’s and sixteen women’s teams, including some of the best 3×3 players in the country, are expected to participate in the tournament. The 3X Nationals will also decide roster spots for the USA Basketball 3×3 World Tour, 3×3 Women’s Series, 3×3 U23 Nations League, and 3×3 U23 World Cup teams.

Schedule and Streaming Information For USA Basketball’s 3X Nationals
The 3X Nationals will kick off on May 2nd with the preliminary round men’s and women’s games. The event will continue through Sunday’s medal round games. Teams will be seeded based on their preliminary records before entering the tournament.
The games will be played on a half-court with a 10-minute and 12-second shot clock. The first team to reach 21 points, or the team in the lead at the end of regulation, will be crowned the winner.
The 3X Nationals is free and open to the public to give fans a great experience. Tickets are available on various platforms, and fans who can’t travel to see the games can stream them live on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on USA Basketball’s YouTube.

NCAA Division I women’s programs like Vanderbilt, Florida, Richmond, Oklahoma State, South Carolina, Stephen F. Austin, James Madison, South Dakota State, Fairfield, and TCU will all be featured.
3×3 pro team, 3XBA, and independent Team Phoenix will also participate, while 3×3 pro teams Los Angeles, Team Orlando, O’City Cage, Team Phoenix, and Team Miami will headline the men’s event at the Arizona Athletic Grounds.
