Florida, Kentucky, LSU Show Interest in Cincinnati Transfer Dan Skillings Jr. Revealing Full List of Offers

Cincinnati Bearcats guard Dan Skillings Jr. has entered the transfer portal and received offers from multiple programs. Skillings has spent the last three seasons at Cincinnati and helped the program transition from the AAC to the Big 12.

Skillings’ decision to enter the transfer portal comes after the Bearcats landed Sencire Harris and Kerr Kriisa from the West Virginia Mountaineers and Kentucky Wildcats, respectively.

Dam Skillings Jr.’s Impressive Performance Key To Interests

Skillings was the second-best high school senior in the state of Pennsylvania when he committed to play for Wes Miller. He started 28 of his 100 appearances for the Bearcats. Many programs have sent offers to the 22-year-old, and the New Jersey native is reportedly considering his options.

Skillings has been one of Cincinnati’s top performers since joining three years ago. He has averaged 9.3 points and 3.8 rebounds, including 29.9% from downtown and 61.2% from the free-throw line. He also registered 1.5 assists and 1.2 steals per game.

The 22-year-old started 13 of 29 games for the Bearcats last season. The junior guard also shot 44 percent from the field and 29.9 percent from three-point range and earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors during the 2024-25 season with Cincinnati.

The junior guard was a member of the Philadelphia Roman Catholic Class of 2022 and was a four-star recruit. He was rated as the No. 2 overall prospect in the state, the No. 13 shooting guard in the class, and the No. 82 overall prospect in the class.

Although Skillings posted lower averages than in his sophomore season in 2023-2024, his numbers are still impressive, particularly his 3-point shooting. Skillings suffered a knee injury that kept him out of six of the Bearcats’ first seven games going into his junior year.
