Tyler Sabapathy, a Temple University freshman and skilled gymnast, fell from a light pole in January 2025 while celebrating the Philadelphia Eagles’ NFC Championship win. He sustained serious head trauma and died from his injuries two days later. Sabapathy, a resident of Toronto, Canada, acquired over 120 gymnastics medals.
