“I Don’t Have a Chance”: Dwyane Wade Reveals Bam Adebayo’s First Impression of GF A’ja Wilson

NBA legend Dwyane Wade recently revealed his conversation with Miami Heat All-Star Bam Adebayo about WNBA superstar A’ja Wilson. In the latest episode of “Time Out with Dwyane Wade on the WY Network” on YouTube on Tuesday, Sept. 23, Wade discussed a plethora of topics, including Adebayo and his girlfriend, Las Vegas Aces sensation Wilson.

In one instance of the episode, according to a video posted by @overtimewbb on Instagram on Thursday, Wade mentioned Adebayo’s first impression of Wilson when he was still getting to know her. Given that Adebayo and Wilson are now dating, Wade revealed that the former was intimidated by the latter’s resume as opposed to his.

“ He presented A’ja with her fourth MVP… I remember, got a chance to sit with Bam at the Olympics. We both was there to watch our women’s play. We were just talking about A’ja as a hooper. Bam cracked me up when he was just like, ‘Man, my little award case was like, bro, I ain’t got a chance. She’s so cold.’ He was like, ‘Her awards are just,'” Wade said.

“I said, look, a high school award, you know, like one of the top high division schools that winning everything, bro, she’s a winner. Whenever you see her win something, you go, ‘yes!’ When it comes to her ’cause she’s the dog. She’s the perfect [dog],” he continued.

    “A man that knows his lady’s worth 👏 @aja22wilson @bam1of1,” @overtimewbb on Instagram captioned.
