Further, it was said that Potter would become the tallest player on the roster if he joined the Wildcats.
Potter is a center for the Miami RedHawks. The No. 35 for the team stands 7-1 ft tall and weighs 215 pounds. Hailing from Lexington, Kentucky, the sophomore played for Lexington Catholic. During his prep days, he was named the 2A State Tournament MVP. As a junior, he recorded 16 PPG and 8 RPG on average.
Additionally, his name was also listed in the all-city and all-region teams. During his senior year, Potter was named captain. Entering his college team, the American college basketball player played in 26 games as a freshman and started 11 of them. He also recorded a career-high 17 points against Bowling Green on January 16 in the 2023-24 season.
Potter has now entered his second year of college. He also registered a career-high three blocks while playing against Wilberforce on December 29 last season.
