    2) Donovan Dent, PG, New Mexico (Undecided)

Dent, one of college basketball’s strongest point guards, averaged 20.4 points and 6.4 assists per game, placing him in the top 15 nationally. He scored 25.0 points in the season’s final six games before finishing with 21 points and six assists against Marquette in the NCAA tournament.

    3) Ryan Conwell, SG, Xavier (Undecided)

Conwell will enter his fourth school in four years, although he has been highly productive at Indiana State and Xavier the last two seasons. He was named third-team All-Big East this season after averaging 16.5 points and shooting more than 41% from three.

    4) Bryce Hopkins, F, Providence (Undecided)

Hopkins hasn’t played an entire season since 2022-23 due to injuries. However, as a sophomore, he won first-team All-Big East awards and has repeatedly demonstrated that skill when fit. He averaged 15.5 points and 8.6 rebounds over 14 games before suffering a knee injury in 2023-24.

    5) Owen Freeman, PF, Iowa (Committed to Creighton)

Freeman was one of the most effective freshmen bigs in the country last season, and he became one of the finest post players in the Big Ten as a sophomore, averaging 16.7 points and 6.7 rebounds before missing the final six weeks due to a finger injury.

    6) Josh Dix, SG, Iowa (Undecided)

Dix has improved significantly throughout his time at Iowa, culminating in a breakout season. Alabama, Auburn, Louisville, Michigan State, Providence, and Tennessee are among the programs that have expressed interest in his efficient shooting and versatility.

    7) Malik Reneau, PF, Indiana (Undecided)

Reneau had his best season at Bloomington as a sophomore, averaging 15.4 points and 6.0 rebounds. With the inclusion of Oumar Ballo this season, the paint became slightly more crowded, and Reneau’s stats fell. He recorded 13.3 points and 5.5 rebounds.

    8) Nathan George, PG, Georgia Tech (Undecided)

George is one of the portal’s highest-ceiling point guards. He averaged 12.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 6.5 assists, leading the ACC in the latter statistic. He scored 20 points five times in a six-game span in the middle of the league season.

    9) Dedan Thomas Jr., PG, UNLV (Undecided)

Thomas was a highly ranked recruit out of high school, but he chose to stay in Las Vegas and play under Kevin Kruger. He has been one of the West’s finest point guards for the previous two seasons, averaging 15.6 points and 4.7 assists in 2024-25.

    10) Tucker DeVries, SG, West Virginia (Undecided)

DeVries will likely follow his father for the second spring as Darian DeVries exits Morgantown to take over at Indiana. DeVries won two Missouri Valley Player of the Year titles at Drake and averaged 14.9 points this season before being sidelined due to an upper-body injury.
