Texas wide receiver Matthew Golden is one of the top pass-catchers in this year’s NFL Draft. The only question is, where will the 4.29 speedster end up in the coming days?

Dallas Cowboys – Pick No. 12
Besides All-Pro wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, the Cowboys don’t have much talent out wide. Adding a speedster such as Golden to help complement Lamb could help Dak Prescott take his game to a new level. Look for Dallas to have their eyes on a wide receiver when they are on the clock, and Golden has a chance to stay in Dallas.
Arizona Cardinals – Pick No. 16
Arizona could use another young wide receiver to pair with Marvin Harrison Jr. The All-Big 12 performer in Golden averaged 17.0 yards per reception last season in Austin and could allow the Cardinals to put significant stress on opposing defenses’ backends.
Denver Broncos – Pick No. 20
The Denver Broncos are coming off their first playoff appearance since Peyton Manning retired. With quarterback Bo Nix ascending, the addition of another talented wide receiver couldn’t hurt one bit. Golden might be the move for head coach Sean Payton and company.
Pittsburgh Steelers – Pick No. 21
Whether it is Aaron Rodgers or anybody else, the Steelers will need to find another pass-catcher for whoever is starting under center this season. While D.K. Metcalf and George Pickens could be a nice duo, a speedy rookie like Golden could make a real difference in Arthur Smith’s offense. Keep an eye out for the Steelers if Golden falls.

Green Bay Packers – Pick No. 23
The Green Bay Packers have some question marks at wide receiver. Christian Watson is set to miss at least half of the season with a torn ACL, and Romeo Doubs now has a history of concussions. Adding a deep threat like Golden could give Packer fans Jordy Nelson vibes. He would also be the Packers’ first wide receiver drafted in the first round since Javon Walker in 2002.
