The image, captioned “Ima show dey ahh,” quickly went viral, showing Burden’s frustration and determination to prove his doubters wrong.

He later deleted the caption, but the photo remains on his profile. The community was quick to share their support for “Touchdown Luther,” giving him hope as he awaits his name to be called in Round Two of the NFL Draft.

Some anonymous NFL scouts have raised doubts about Luther Burden’s practice habits and maturity because of the unexpected snub. But Mizzou head coach Eli Drinkwitz stood by his player. He said the star receiver has never had any issues or caused trouble.
