This Wednesday night, Loreal Sarkisian, wife of Steve Sarkisian, took to her Instagram account to promote her latest “Get Ready With Me” post to her Instagram story. The story in question showed her in a stunning green outfit with a blazer and a set of trousers. She was also seen holding a 2021 Boy Chanel shoulder bag, which is valued at $8756 pre-owned.
The story includes a link to her original post, where she explains how the outfit came together and why she chose it. Loreal Sarkisian highlighted the fact that the outfit was a suit, but that the olive green color gave it more versatility than a full black suit would have. She paired it with a pair of platform high heels and also said that doing her hair properly was critical for the outfit and accessories coming together.

This shows the wife of the Texas Longhorns coach, Steve Sarkisian, up and about, fully back in her routine after a difficult pregnancy earlier in the year. In April, she gave birth to her first son, Amays Sarkisian, following a complicated pregnancy that had her bedridden and confined to a hospital for a significant period of the process.

Steve Sarkisian speaks about the standards Texas needs to live up to
The Texas Longhorns suffered way more than they should’ve on Week 3, beating the UTEP Miners 27-10 but playing poorly in the process. Fans seem concerned once more by the play of their quarterback, Arch Manning. Manning threw for only 114 yards, with one touchdown pass and an interception. Especially concerning was his very poor completion percentage of 44%.
Overall, the Longhorns’ minds seemed to be in another place, also. The team lost 78 yards to penalties this time around. That was after losing 115 yards to penalties in Week 2 in the game against San Jose State.
Understandably, the Texas fans, who were told all throughout the preseason that they had the best quarterback in college football and that they were the favorites to win the national title, aren’t very happy with how their team has been performing so far. The fans even booed their team during the game against the Miners.
This week, Sarkisian addressed the discontent and acknowledged they have to play better and live up to their standards:
“We’ve set a standard around here of the way we play football, and there’s an expectation from our fans about the way we play football,” Sarkisian said. “It’s fast, it’s physical, it’s tough, it’s smart, it’s exciting. And, at times, we didn’t play that way this weekend. I think, at the end of the day, they’re spending money, they’re coming to games, they’re sitting in the heat — they want to make sure we give them a reason to be there.”
Texas has one week more to figure itself out, as they play Sam Houston next, which is another rival against which they can be forgiven for committing these kinds of mistakes. However, from their next game onwards, they face SEC rivals week in and week out. If they keep committing this kind of error, their national title run could easily fizzle out. Like Manning’s Heisman campaign.
