Travis Hunter and his wife, Leanna Lenne, announced this Thursday night that they had a baby together. You heard right, they didn’t announce that they’re expecting a baby, but full on shared the news that throughout the first half of 2025, Lenne had been pregnant. They announced the news through a YouTube video titled “Dear son…”.
The video shows the couple at different points of the process, from learning of Leanna’s pregnancy, to being informed that the baby would be a boy, until finally showing the couple at a hospital waiting for the arrival of their son.
Near the end of the video, Travis Hunter can be heard saying:
“That baby looks just like me.” Also, “You did good baby.”
Earlier in the video, Lenne claimed that she knew her baby would be a boy:
“This my dream. That I had in February. Today is March 26th, and this is the dream that I had in February 28th. I knew it was going to be a boy” Said Lenne while showing a note on her phone in which she wrote that she dreamt that the baby would be a boy.
Under this context, it makes much more sense that the 22-year-old Heisman winner chose 2025 as the year in which he married his longtime 23 girlfriend. Hunter and Lenne have been together since their two-way high school years in Georgia.

Travis Hunter is ready to start for the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1 of the NFL
Since Aug. 14, Travis Hunter had been dealing with an unknown upper-body injury. This led to some speculation as to whether the player would be ready to start in Week 1 of the NFL. Speaking this Wednesday with the press, Jaguars General Manager James Gladstone set the record straight regarding the matter:
“He’s on the grass today and rolling full speed,” Gladstone said.
“There hasn’t been any shift on that front,” Gladstone said. “We expect him to be who we know him to be, and that’s somebody who impacts both sides of the football. We can’t wait to see that on Sundays, and one Monday night, this season.”
The Jaguars start their season next weekend, playing the Carolina Panthers at 1:00 pm ET on Sunday. The game will be held at EverBank in Jacksonville, Florida. Jacksonville is a 3.5-point favorite for the game, which will air on Fox.
