When Leanna Lenne Stunned Travis Hunter With Customized $98,000 Surprise for His 21st Birthday

A year ago, Travis Hunter turned 21 years old, and his then-fiancée and now wife, Leanna Lenne, had a special surprise for him. Lenne gave Hunter, for his birthday, a Ram 1500 TRX truck, which is the player’s favorite.

The vehicle has 702 horsepower, thanks to a 6.2L Supercharged HEMI V8 engine, and it’s considered a high-performance off-road pickup truck. It comes with an 8-speed ZF 8HP95 automatic transmission. It retails between $98,335 and $119,620, depending on the details.

“It’s so niceeee… This sh*t so nice” Said Lenne at the time (7:02)

According to her explanation, they took advantage of an opportunity of Hunter being distracted playing a video game to deliver the truck to their house without him noticing.

Davante Adams doesn’t think the Jacksonville Jaguars will be able to play Travis Hunter on both sides of the ball

One of the biggest questions about Travis Hunter’s transition into the NFL is whether or not he will play both as a wide receiver and as a defensive back at the professional level. His franchise, the Jacksonville Jaguars, has regularly signaled that they will allow him to do so and has even allowed him to train with both units of the team.

However, doubts remain about it. One more voice has joined the chorus of dissenters, none other than Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams. It’s not that Adams doesn’t want to see Hunter play both sides of the ball at the highest level; he just doesn’t think it’s sustainable in time. Speaking this week with Bleacher Report, Adams said:

“I want to see Travis Hunter do his thing,” Adams said. “I’d love to see him go and ball, whether it’s offense or defense.”

“I don’t even think it’s possible to do, for real,” Adams said via Bleacher Report. “Not at a high level. It’s hard enough to go cover a punt and then be on one side of it. That’s just a lot of mileage, man. I’m not even concerned so much if he can do it over the course of a game or a season, it’s more like, how long is his career gonna be if he’s playing that many snaps.”

Travis Hunter famously won a Heisman Trophy last season with the Colorado Buffaloes while being the team’s leading wide receiver and defensive back. This led him to become the second overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft.
