‘This Is Actually Crazy’: Fans Abuzz As Lane Kiffin Drops Shirtless Post Workout Picture Ahead of Georgia Matchup in Week 8

Just hours before the showdown against the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs in Athens, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin chose to post a shirtless picture from morning. Apart from making strategies on the field, it seems Kiffin is also keeping up with his fitness.

On Saturday, Kiffin reshared an Instagram reel from Yoga Culture Braselton, which is a yoga studio situated in Georgia. The reel captured Kiffin standing shirtless alongside Yoga Culture Braselton owner Jenn and Sophie Evans. The post was captioned:

“Thanks Coach for joining us for sunrise hot yoga!”

A Glimpse into Lane Kiffin’s Training Regimen

This was not the first time Lane Kiffin has shared a shirtless picture from a fitness studio. In late September, Kiffin posted a mirror selfie, standing beside Ole Miss certified trainer Autumn Brothers. The workout session took place at Studio 432. His caption read:

    “Grind and Ground this morning!!”

Meanwhile on the football front, Ole Miss are off to an unbeaten 6-0 start. They are in Athens and in a matter of few hours will take on 5-1 Georgia Bulldogs. This will be a big test for Kiffin’s program who have only faced one ranked program in LSU this season so far.
