Lane Kiffin has been one of the hottest names in college football, with big programs like LSU, Auburn, Florida, and others eyeing him as their next head coach amid many firings.

While the debate whether Kiffin will leave Oxford, where he has everything right now, for a better job or not, Colin Cowherd asks Josh Pate about his thoughts on whether the Ole Miss head coach would consider coaching in the NFL, to which he said:
“I think he is. I think several of them are. I think there’s some names considering the NFL that would totally and completely put jaws on the ground if the names ever got public. I think these guys are always considering the NFL.”
“Goes hand in hand with the kind of mentality that thinks I could win in the NFL. I could win on Sundays. I want to test myself against the best. I want to see how my offense does. And especially with Lane, like you’ve got the Oakland Raiders chapter in his past. You don’t think he wants to make good on that, dude? Yeah, I think he he would consider it.” Pate said on The Colin Cowherd Podcast.

Kiffin’s son further added that he doesn’t believe the Ole Miss head coach is worried about any of that until after the season is over.
Knox is a class of 2028 quarterback, who is currently taking visits at different schools, most recent one being Kalen DeBoer’s Alabama.
