The chaos at Ole Miss may lead to some players exiting and entering the transfer portal, and their former coach, Lane Kiffin, may be waiting for a chance to scoop them up to LSU. Kiffin’s departure has thrown the Ole Miss football program into turmoil, with one of the potential transferees being quarterback Trinidad Chambliss. He had been one of Kiffin’s best products this season, and the coach may be wanting to have Chambliss play for him again.
There are already several rumors about this floating around, with Lane Kiffin himself throwing hints on social media every now and then. Now, it is his son, Knox, who has thrown a big tease regarding Chambliss’ future in college football, and it may not be at Ole Miss.
In a post by Chambliss on Instagram, Knox Kiffin left a two-word reply that had a lot of people talking, as this hinted at what the quarterback’s next move could be after the season is over.
“Future Tiger,” Knox Kiffin wrote.

With Garrett Nussmeier leaving, Lane Kiffin has to start from scratch as he begins his tenure as head coach of the LSU Tigers. He needs a quarterback and there is one readily available for Kiffin to recruit, and the two of them are more than familiar with each other.
It was Kiffin who transformed Chambliss from an unknown D2 quarterback to an SEC star, showing how good he is at developing quarterbacks.

What Trinidad Chambliss Said Regarding His Future in College Football
Meanwhile, Trinidad Chambliss is still preparing for their CFP showdown against Tulane. He is also awaiting the NCAA’s decision on his waiver so that he could play one more year in college football. With his future still unclear, he was asked about where he would go next, and this was his answer:
“I would have to consider what the best situation is for me. What I feel most comfortable with. Who I trust the most, and just get a feel for every possibility really. There’s a lot that goes into that.”
