Lane Kiffin has finally pulled the plug on his time in Oxford as he is headed to take the head coach role at the LSU Tigers. This would also mean he would leave behind his former hot-yoga classes (as in yoga type) in Oxford.
During his time in Oxford, Mississippi, Kiffin attended yoga classes and was known for playing consistent soundtracks of early-2000s pop stars, notably the hits of Britney Spears and Kesha.
In the wake of the move from Ole Miss to LSU, Kiffin’s hot-yoga classmates recently spilled the beans on what the move means for them in their studio. While one classmate shared that she would miss “him practicing his handstands in the back,” but added she would not miss “that damn playlist.”
“I will miss him practicing his handstands in the back tho,” Taylor Daniel wrote.
“really going to miss him looking for used water bottles in the lost & fond every morning to pour his ice cold water all over the floor 💔💔💔💔 and let’s not forget the 2000s brittney & kesha only playlists 😭🥺😭” Courtney Hansen wrote.
“And let’s not forget the rolling of the golf balls trying to hit people during class,” Hansen added.
“Gonna miss him pushing me over everytime I was in a plank and he wasn’t doing anything but annoying everyone around him,” Griffy wrote.
An X user relayed this comments and wrote:
“Funniest part of the #LanesteinFiles. He was at Hot Yoga solely to annoy the women.”

Lane Kiffin Taking The Yoga Tradition At Baton Rouge
Lane Kiffin and yoga sessions will continue at Baton Rouge, where he’s next headed to coach the LSU Tigers. On his very first day in Baton Rouge, he was spotted at a studio called Yoglates Studio, surprising staff and fellow yogis. The studio even made room for him on short notice.
“I think everyone kind of sharpened up when they saw him. Everyone tried a little bit harder in class,” Owner of the studio, Katie Fox, said.
Fix said Kiffin was comfortable with the 90-degree temperature at the studio for the yoga sessions.
“After class, I asked him what he thought about the heat. The heat was a checkmark. We’re glad it was hot in here for him, for sure, he enjoyed that,” Fox added.
Kiffin could next be posting about his yoga classes on social media as he continues with the tradition.
