The relationship between Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson has been one of the most scandalous in sports in recent years. It’s all down to the big age difference between them, with Belichick being 73 years old and Hudson being 24.
Not only that, Hudson has seemed to gain an important role in the veteran coach’s career, seemingly managing $70 million worth Belichick’s (as per Celebrity Net Worth) appearance in the media at some points of the offseason.

One has to wonder, what did Jordon Hudson see in a man several decades older than her? Political commentator Clay Travis seems to think he knows the answer. On Tuesday, he said:
“In three years, I’ll be 49. That is how old Bill Belichick was when his girlfriend was born. How much of an age gap, from your perspective, do you think is too much?”
“I see what she’s thinking. I think she’s thinking like ‘Hey, he’s super rich’… She’ll be 30 dating an 80-year-old. The math, other than her being the ultimate gold digger, none of this makes sense to me from her perspective,” she added.
One thing is certain: the couple doesn’t seem to care about this narrative. Reports from last month indicated that Jordon Hudson attempted to trademark the phrase “gold digger” as her own. She seems more intent on cashing in on the narrative than fighting it.

Mike Vrabel Says Bill Belichick Is Welcome Back at Gillette Stadium
Recently, Bill Belichick banned New England Patriots scouts from entering football facilities at the University of North Carolina. During a press conference last week, Belichick was asked why he made this decision. He explained that as long as he wasn’t welcomed at the Patriots’ facilities, they wouldn’t be welcomed wherever he coached.
In his own press conference on Monday, Patriots coach Mike Vrabel said that as far as he knew, Belichick was welcome at their facilities:
“Bill came back for, to the best of my knowledge, [to] Tom’s ceremony,” Vrabel said referencing Belichick’s appearance at Tom Brady’s in-stadium team Hall of Fame ceremony in June 2024. “So I guess he’s welcomed back based on the fact he was there.
“I’ll just go by that — since his departure as the head coach here, he’s been back. I’ll leave it at that.”
This seems to be a new page in the beef between Belichick and Patriots’ owner Robert Kraft. The duo has fought over who was really behind the team’s success in the 2000s and 2010s.
Kraft also blames Bill Belichick for Tom Brady’s departure to Tampa Bay, as the coach allegedly told him the quarterback didn’t have another Super Bowl win in him. Notably, Brady won his final Super Bowl with the Buccaneers in the 2020 season.
