    1. Penn State Nittany Lions

Penn State should be all over this one, with Jaheim White is from Pennsylvania. It would be an easy decision on his side. For Penn State, they are going to miss both their star running backs. Singleton and Allen are both seniors and probably heading to the draft at the end of this season.

    2. Washington Huskies

The Huskies are in an interesting position. Their running back, Jonah Coleman, should get drafted, and there should be a hole that needs to be filled. The Huskies like to be a more physical team, and White could be a great fit. If the Huskies can get in the mix, it wouldn’t be surprising to see white head to the West.

    3. Notre Dame Fighting Irish

The Irish are almost in the same position as Penn State. Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price are both draft prospects. If the Irish lose both of them, they will be looking to get some talent in the backfield. White has proven he could have big numbers in 2024 as well. The Irish love to run the ball, which honestly means any back in the portal should have a chance to go to South Bend.

    4. Texas Longhorns

The Longhorns could be without a running back option as C.J. Baxter announced he is leaving. Quintrevion Wisner has been a great option, but he could end up opting for the draft. Texas backs have done well under Steve Sarkisian, and White could fit in well with Arch Manning. This could be an ideal young fit for a Texas offense that has a lot of figuring out to do.

    5. Alabama Crimson Tide

This one is a little bit more far-fetched, but give it a chance. The Tide has struggled to run the ball this year. They also haven’t been able to keep Jam Miller healthy. If RB1 isn’t doing the trick, they could try their odds at the portal and see what they get. This move would not be shocking at all. White’s speed could easily give Simpson more time to throw as well.

    Bottom Line

While White should have his hands full with suitors, any team could be in the mix this season. Teams are switching from conventional recruiting to bringing in transfers all the time. After a successful 2024 season, White should be able to get enough attention to choose where to go; the only question now is what he will decide.
