LOOK: Olympic Gymnast Rebeca Andrade Shows Off Tropical Glow in Sheer Red Outfit During Beachside Getaway

Brazilian Olympic gymnast Rebeca Andrade recently shared photos on her Instagram account of her enjoying a trip to the beach, wearing a fully sheer red dress.

The photos were taken at night, showing Andrade at a stunning swimming pool, with she had blonde braids over her shoulder. She was seen sitting on the wooden deck and standing in the water in her red dress.

Andrade’s post has already received more than 900 comments and over 100 reshares.

Andrade also had one of the greatest performances at the Olympics in Paris, which resulted in a total of four medals.

Andrade had a gold medal in the floor exercise as well as a silver medal in the vault and a silver medal in the all-around. Andrade also contributed to Brazil’s first team Olympic medal on the podium, a bronze medal. This adds up to six Olympic medals in Andrade’s career and has made history for the most Olympic medals for a gymnast in Brazil.

Rebeca Andrade Announces Extended Break from Gymnastics

Rebeca has recently announced that she is going to take a long break from gymnastics, with the intention of resting until 2026.

This means she will miss the entire 2025 competition season, not competing at the 2025 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Jakarta.

The choice was made to prioritize her long-term health, as Andrade has been very transparent about her reasoning. She highlighted the intense physical and mental fatigue as the reason for the same and plans on letting her body heal whilst avoiding the risk of further injury.

Andrade also announced she will no longer compete in the floor exercise. The reigning Olympic champion in that event explained that the physical toll from the event is too high.
