    The LSU Gymnastics Open Mike Night is a preseason exhibition hosted by the program to give the fans a look at the upcoming season before the competition actually kicks off. It is a showcase event before the regular season that gives the fans glimpses of gymnastics routines, along with team interaction and interaction sessions.

    The Tigers’ Gymnastics Open Mike Night event will be held on January 2, 2026, at the Maravich Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It is held before the Gold and Purple pack’s first competition on Saturday, January 10, 2026. The event was previously called Gym 101. The event is free for all fans to attend, where the Tigers will be present to showcase their impressive skills at 6:30 pm CT.

    Before the Tigers began their 2026 NCAA Championships title pursuit, the program will be seen hosting a fan fest on Friday, January 2, 2026, at the Maravich Center, which will feature exciting games, photo opportunities, special giveaways, face painting, and more. The doors to Fan Fest will open at 5:30 pm.

    The LSU gymnasts will display their routines on all four apparatus at the Gymnastics Open Mike Night event. As per Head Coach Jay Clark’s desire, the gymnasts will first compete on the floor event, followed by the rest of the Olympic order, which features vault, uneven bars, and balance beam. The fans will also have an opportunity to get the autographs after the event is concluded.

    LSU Gymnastics Team’s Upcoming Matches in The 2026 Season

    The LSU Gymnastics team will commence its upcoming season on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the Sprouts Farmers Market Collegiate Quad. The gold and purple pack will face top teams, including the No. 1 Oklahoma, No. 4 UCLA, and No. 5 Utah. The match will begin at 3 pm CT at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah.

    Following this meet, the Tigers squad will face the Georgia team on Friday, January 16, 2026. They will compete in their first home game on January 23 by hosting the Kentucky team. The NCAA Championships this year are scheduled from April 16 to 18, 2026. The Tigers entered the final four of the NCAA Championships last year but fell short against UCLA and Utah.
