Tyreek Hill is set to pay ex-wife Keeta Vaccaro between $20 thousand and $50 thousand per month, according to the Daily Mail. According to the publication, the judge of the case described this as “status quo” support. This makes the divorce one of the costliest in the history of the NFL, and especially for Hill when one considers the marriage only lasted 17 months.

Besides monthly payments, Hill has already given her a $500,000 check, a $100,000 down payment on a new car, and has paid $457,517 to cover her legal fees. She also won temporary exclusive rights for the use of their $5.5 million Miami waterfront condo. It’s just simply a huge financial defeat for the Miami Dolphins player, one would think. No, says former NBA player Gilbert Arenas. Speaking recently on social media, Arenas said:
“When she has to leave that house, cause it’s his, does she have enough money to buy her own?… Okay, slam dunk… $5 million house, does she have enough money right now?… She can’t even buy a $500,000 house… In reality, you’re a married woman, he makes $30 million per year, got a $120 million deal. All he had to pay upfront was $500,000.” Said Arenas in a conversation with his wife, Melli Monaco
At one point in the conversation, Arenas’ wife, Melli Monaco, replied:
“She don’t need a f*** $5 million house”
Per Arenas, it seems Hill managed to get away from the relationship while only paying roughly $1.1 million. However, the divorce is not as cheap as it seems. If the wide receiver is forced to pay Vaccaro $50,000 a month, in a year, that would go up to $600,000. How long he has to make such hefty payments will determine if this was a financial success for him or not.

Tyreek Hill on What Makes This Season Different From His Previous Years at Miami
Speaking with the Palm Beach Post during the Miami Dolphins’ preseason camp earlier in the year, Tyreek Hill opened up on what made this upcoming season different from his previous three years with the Dolphins:
“I’m gonna’ be completely honest,” Hill said. “I didn’t understand the offense for the first three years of me being here. But this year, I feel like coach (Bobby Slowik) has explained it a lot.”
He also highlighted the role first-year receivers coach Robert Prince has had in making the offense more digestible for him. Despite admitting that he didn’t read the offense as good as he could’ve, Hill has been named an All-Pro twice since arriving at Miami in 2022.
