“Check Georgia Tech OC’s FanDuel Account”: Fans React As Haynes King and Co. Falter in Clemson’s Second Half Comeback

Georgia Tech seemed to be on course for a massive upset as they were up 13-7 at halftime over the visiting Clemson Tigers. However, in the second half, the Yellow Jackets offense broke down and the Tigers starting leading the game 14-13 by the end of quarter 3. The inability to score no doubt left the fan base fuming.

The frustration began to spread on social media. Many blamed Georgia Tech’s culpable offensive coordinator, who happens to be Buster Faulkner.

“Check Georgia Tech OC’s FanDuel account activity @NCAA @ACC @FBI,” said one fan.

“GA Tech’s OC is clueless,” stated a fan.

“Georgia Tech should fire their OC after the game,” commented a fan.

“Who is the Tech OC?!?! And why is he an idiot,” remarked a fan.

“Georgia Tech’s OC needs fired lol,” said another fan.

“Aye who is tech OC 😭😭dude is terrible,” stated another fan.

The Tigers’ comeback was not easy, as they had driven to the Yellow Jackets’ nine-yard line with possibilities in their playbook. You would have thought a touchdown was approaching but instead, quarterback Cade Klubnik threw an interception that was a game changer for the Yellow Jackets.

Despite some success and struggles, Klubnik used his best effort to find wide receiver Bryant Wesco Jr. deep downfield. Wesco did not disappoint and took the pass 73 yards for a stunning touchdown, giving the Tigers their first lead of the game. What a swing of disappointment in a matter of plays, the Tigers now led the game 14-13.
