    Jalon Walker’s NFL Draft Projection

Jalon Walker is among the top edge rushers in the 2025 NFL Draft and could be drafted as high as the top 10 in April’s showcase. The Bulldogs’ defender has played both as an edge rusher and as an off-ball linebacker during the 2024 season under Kirby Smart, but he will likely be utilized predominantly as an edge rusher in the NFL.

At 6’2” and 245 pounds, the explosive linebacker has elite movement skills, unnatural bend, and flexibility, which allow him to excel at winning on the edge displayed by his 6.5 sacks in 2024. Additionally, Walker also brings strong hand placement, effective arm swipes, and polished pass-rushing techniques, all of which will aid his transition to the next level.

    Malaki Starks’ NFL Draft Projection

Malaki Starks is an elite safety and one of the top overall prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft, with first-round potential. The Georgia DB has showcased his ball-hawking skills, recording six interceptions over three seasons.

Starks’ athleticism, football IQ, awareness, and strong tackling ability make him stand out on tape, and while the star Bulldog’s prospect should go in the top 15 selections, positional value may drop him down the board.

    Mykel Williams’ NFL Draft Projection

Mykel Williams is a highly regarded edge rusher with an impressive blend of size and athleticism. At 6’5″ and 265 pounds, he possesses remarkable agility and strength, making him a potential top-20 selection.

With further development of his pass-rushing techniques and the ability to turn pressure into more consistent production, Williams has the potential to become a dominant force in the NFL. His combination of physical traits and untapped potential makes him an exciting prospect.

    Tate Ratledge’s NFL Draft Projection

Tate Ratledge is a polished prospect with the potential to be selected on Day 2 of the draft. With extensive starting experience and proven effectiveness in both pass protection and run blocking, the Georgia right guard has the ability to start as a rookie. His well-rounded skill set is expected to strengthen an NFL offensive line immediately.

    Jared Wilson’s NFL Draft Projection

Jared Wilson projects as a high-upside starter in the NFL. While he is still raw as just a one-year starting center, the three-star Bulldogs recruit has the athleticism and natural leverage understanding to be one of the first pure center prospects off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The 6’3”, 310-pound starter starting center has a strong base and impressive hand usage while also possessing the fluid mobility to work in space.

Smael Mondon Jr.’s NFL Draft Projection

Smael Mondon is an intelligent and experienced linebacker with 212 total tackles over four seasons as a starter for the Bulldogs. Standing at 6’3” and 235 pounds, he combines above-average athleticism with reliable coverage skills, making him a versatile asset for NFL teams.

Although he missed time in 2024 due to a foot injury, which may impact his draft stock, Mondon’s ability to stay tight in coverage and disrupt routes will intrigue NFL teams.

Demonstrating that he is a strong tackler with the speed and range to pursue rushers, the Georgia linebacker has the skill set that makes him adaptable to a variety of defensive schemes at the next level.

    Earnest Greene’s NFL Draft Projection

At 6’4” and 320 pounds, Earnest Greene has the intangibles to be a starting NFL tackle, but his game still needs to be refined and developed if he is to reach his potential.

With keen athleticism and light footwork to move laterally, Greene has quick kickslides to stay in front of rushers. However, the Georgia offensive tackle lacks bend in his stance, which offsets his balance. All the physical tools are there, and NFL teams will love the profile, but further work needs to be done for Greene to advance at the next level.

    Nazir Stackhouse’s NFL Draft Projection

Nazir Stackhouse excels when he can use his natural ability to clog gaps and stop the run, meaning he projects as a pure nose tackle in the NFL. The Bulldogs’ DT thrives when he is allowed to clear space for rushers and use his disruptive force to dominate the line of scrimmage.

Although Stackhouse has light footwork and solid movement, he lacks the pass-rushing edge that could limit his overall ceiling. Therefore, he will likely be drafted on Day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft.

    Trevor Etienne’s NFL Draft Projection

A young, powerful rusher without much tread on the tires, Trevor Etienne, could be a late-round selection that puts up big numbers as a rookie. The Bulldogs running back showcases adequate vision, sharp footwork, and a low center of gravity, allowing him to gallop into open space and evade tackles.

The 5’9” 205-pound rusher has also showcased the ability to be involved in the passing game, rarely dropping a ball. His short frame and lack of physicality may limit his pass protection efficiency and ability to force missed tackles, but as part of a committee, Etienne should find a suitable home in the NFL.

    Dylan Fairchild’s NFL Draft Projection

At 6’5” and 315 pounds, Dylan Fairchild offers impressive length, athleticism, and lateral quickness to be a future starting guard. The Georgia guard has starting potential because he combines twitchy explosive burst, the ability to climb to the second level, and a mauling mentality.

However, Fairchild’s game has too many holes right now to start as a rookie. He often has inconsistent hand placement and fails to anticipate and read potential blitzes and reads. The Bulldogs’ lineman can make up for this in college with his athleticism but his slight delay will be punished in the NFL.

    Xavier Truss’ NFL Draft Projection

Xavier Truss is another Georgia offensive lineman who is physically gifted but needs to refine his traits. At 6’7” and 320 pounds, the versatile tackle is a physical specimen, and his over-aching athleticism, size, and strength make him a starting tackle.

However, due to his height, Truss plays with a high pad level that sacrifices leverage in his anchor, which is often punished by powerful rushers.
