Tyler Shough has always gone for the toughest and longest path to achieve a place in the NFL Draft. He has dedicated his seven years of life to college, beginning his journey at Oregon. Moreover, he has played three seasons at Texas Tech and completed one at Louisville.
While he was still in college, Shough got into an immense amount of serious injuries, such as a broken collarbone, shoulder problems, and a broken leg. Nevertheless, he has achieved four college degrees despite all shortcomings.

Accordingly, Shough was born on September 28, 1999, known to be one of the eldest players picked for this year’s draft and said to be the last player drafted born in the 1990s till now.
At 25 years old, Shough is considered the eldest member in the game compared to other players, who are just 21 or 22.
Regardless, all the new selected drafts this year were born in the 2000s, but Shough was announced to be the only player from the 90s who was picked in the first two days of the NFL draft for the game.
Furthermore, Shough is not the only player recorded as the oldest player in college football last season.
Other well-known players picked around his age who are still in form and playing, like Miami tight end Cam McCormick, who is 27 years old and just completed his record, their ninth year in college football.
Lastly, Shough’s physical condition is not up to par because of his several injuries.
He is still considered one of the best athletes with strong clarity, and fans are eager to see him play for the Saints.
