Donovan Raiola’s Firing Fuels Speculation Over Dylan Transfer Portal Commitment
While the exact reason for Dylan’s transfer portal commitment remains unknown, the timing of it could be linked to something more familial.
Dylan’s uncle and the Cornhuskers’ offensive line coach, Donovan Raiola, was recently fired from Nebraska, a move that could have potentially influenced Dylan’s decision to find a new college football destination.
Donovan, who has been with the Nebraska side since 2022, could have also influenced Dylan’s younger brother Dayton’s decision to decommit from Nebraska recently.
Raiola, through the 2025 season, has thrown for about 2,000 yards with 18 TDs and 6 interceptions, and it remains to be seen which program he will commit to ahead of the 2026 season.
