Shilo Sanders cracked a joke at the expense of his brother and Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders in Tampa, Florida on Monday.
This comes after Shedeur found himself pulled over twice in June in Ohio for speeding violations.
During a recent episode of “Tampa Food Tour,” Shilo casually quipped while approaching a crosswalk:
“We gotta be careful crossing the street, especially if Shedeur is out here.”
The clip from ESPN Cleveland quickly went viral with the caption:
“Shilo roasting Shedeur and his speeding tickets 😳😳😳”

Shedeur Sanders Finds Himself in Trouble With More Than One Speeding Violation
Nothing has been going fine with Shedeur Sanders since April, when he went from being a projected first-round pick to being selected at No. 144 by the Cleveland Browns on Day 3 of the 2025 NFL draft.
To make matters worse, he’s now been pulled over twice already. The first instance came in on June 5, when he was clocked at 91 mph in a 65 mph zone in Medina County.
The second instance took place on June 17, with Shedeur caught going 101 mph in a 60 mph zone in Strongsville. In this particular instance, the bodycam footage showed the officer letting go of the quarterback with a warning.
The Browns quarterback has also taken public responsibility for his actions.
“I made some wrong choices personally and I can own up to them,” Sanders said at David Njoku’s charity softball game. “I made some, you know, not great choices. . . . I learned. I learned. . . . I learned.”
As far as legal consequences are concerned, fines add up to $269, plus court costs. He missed an arraignment for the first ticket. A July 3 court date is set for the second citation for 41 mph over the limit.
This is the last thing Shedeur Sanders needs to get himself involved with as he faces intense competition for the QB1 job in Cleveland. Instances like this won’t help his case.
