“Getting So Bad” “Congratulations”: Fans Have Mixed Reactions As Travis Hunter and Wife Leanna Announce Birth of Son

Just days before making his NFL debut with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Travis Hunter became a father as his wife, Leanna Lenne, gave birth to a son. The couple kept their pregnancy news private until their emotional reveal in a YouTube video titled “Dear Son…” was shared on Wednesday.

The nearly three-minute video included Leanna’s positive pregnancy test, ultrasound snaps, and the handwritten note of her February dream that the child would be “a boy with lots and lots of curly hair.”

After Bleacher Report reshared the news on X (formerly Twitter), fans shared mixed reactions. In the comments, fans brought up cheating allegations against Leanna from last season, when some past videos were released about her and another man.

“Didn’t she cheat on him? “Man, this is getting so bad,” one fan commented.

“Let’s be real, as men we’re spending far too much time & money for this…,” another fan wrote.

“Divorce coming right after,” one fan added.

“People see art in the tatt; I see warning signs. Full floral sleeves are like storybooks… and half the chapters are written in lies,” one fan said.

There were some fans who celebrated the news as well.

“Congratulations and welcome Travis 3rd,” one fan wrote.

“Wow, they would have really beautiful kids,” one fan wrote.

“Sending love and light to the mama and baby!” one fan posted.

Travis Hunter Remained In Steadfast Support Despite Cheating Allegations Against Leanne Lenne

Last season, Travis Hunter and Leanna Lenne’s relationship came under the scanner, as fans started to notice some unusual patterns, from Colorado’s last game, where Leanna didn’t seem too interested during a hug, to her lackluster presence at the Heisman Trophy ceremony, where she needed to be prompted by Deion Sanders to stand up as Hunter went up on the podium.

Apart from that, several past videos of her twerking with her ex or some other men also started to float. After so much intense trolling, the couple took off social media.

However, before that, Hunter expressed his support for Leanna and shamed the trolls for fabricating things and for the emotional harm they caused her.

“You know the hurt when you just cry yourself to sleep,” Hunter said during his Twitch stream.

“I know what I got. I know my girl. My girl’s been with me for five years,” Hunter added. “Y’all are just now starting to talk about me and just now starting to be with me. Come on, man.”

The couple seems to be moving strongly with their relationship as they stood tall against adversity.
