    Weeks commented on the post:

    “Nice dude.”

This happened right before the clash between Kiffin’s Ole Miss and Weeks’ LSU. The Rebels recorded a huge win against the Tigers. After the game, on Kirk Herbstreit’s Nonstop podcast, Kiffin reflected on how unusual the situation is.

“I don’t know if I would have handled it as well when I was younger,” Kiffin said. “That’s part of where I’m at. And I just embrace things… This is really a movie or something. This is made for TV when the announcers were talking about it and Landry’s romance with Whit Weeks, and they show his family in the stands, and then he’s throwing up… and he gets hurt, and then he comes back. I feel like I’m watching a movie here.”

During his interview with media, Kiffin commented on their relationship:

“Whit is an awesome kid from a great family. I’m glad those two are happy together.”

It appears Ole Miss coach has no problem with Weeks dating his daughter.
