‘Looks Like He Lost a Lot of Weight’: CFB Fans Left Concerned As Deion Sanders Takes Out Travis Hunter on a Fishing Adventure

Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders has dealt with his share of health issues in recent years. Notably, he was forced to have two toes amputated on his left foot because of blood clots blocking blood flow to his feet. While he has been able to do his coaching duties in recent years, he has continued to struggle with a blood clot issue.

In early June, the Colorado Buffaloes held summer camps for their players, but Deion Sanders was not able to attend. He was in Texas, dealing with health issues. He has since returned to Colorado, but it has not been confirmed whether the issues he was dealing with were related to his previous blood clot problems.

On Friday, fans got some good news as Deion Sanders posted a video on Instagram of him fishing with former Colorado star Travis Hunter.

Deion Sanders Will Look To Overcome Adversity at Colorado Next Season

Overcoming adversity will be a theme for Deion Sanders this year. Not only does he need to overcome adversity in his personal life, but he will be trying to overcome it with the Buffalo next season.

Since his arrival in Colorado two seasons ago, Deion Sanders has built the program up from where it was at the time. However, heading into next season, the team will be without two stars Deion Sanders had both of the previous two years, WR/CB Travis Hunter and QB Shedeur Sanders.

Both players are starting their NFL careers and, as a result, will not be available to Colorado. So, Deion Sanders will need to adjust his coaching strategy to keep the Buffaloes competitive in the Big 12.
