EA Sports College Football 25 Ratings: Will Johnson, Will Campbell Lead the Best Players in the Game

Just nine days away from the official launch of EA Sports College Football 25, the developers released the top 100 players in the game.

EA Sports already released its top 25 teams and toughest places to play in College Football 25, and just this week, they showcased a first look at actual gameplay as well as a deep dive on the Ultimate Team mode. But today, the developers revealed their top 100 highest-rated players, with no one checking in over 96 overall.

EA Sports College Football 25 Release Top 100 Player Ratings

All 100 players were at least 90 overall, with Michigan CB Will Johnson, LSU OT Will Campbell, and Oklahoma State RB Ollie Gordon II having the highest ratings at 96. Naturally, the list was Power Four-heavy, but six Group of Five athletes made the list:

    • Jacksonville State G Clay Webb: 92
    • Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty: 91
    • Old Dominion LB Jason Henderson: 91
    • Colorado State WR Tory Horton: 91
    • Liberty QB Kaidon Salter: 90
    • Liberty RB Quinton Cooley: 90

Each of the top 100 players will have hand-picked abilities to ensure they represent how they play in real life. For instance, Michigan DT Mason Graham (95 overall, eighth) owns the Platinum Pocket Disrupter physical ability, allowing him to wreak havoc up front.

Colorado CB/WR Travis Hunter was also a 95. However, his position on the EA site is WR, so he could be a lower overall on the defensive side of the ball. Speaking of Colorado athletes, QB Shedeur Sanders tied with Georgia’s Carson Beck for the highest rating among all passers at 93. Texas’ Quinn Ewers and Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel were next up at 92.
