    It has been a big week for former Colorado Buffaloes players in the NFL preseason. Several Colorado rookies made their preseason NFL debuts, including Shedeur and Shilo Sanders. Both of the Sanders brothers had great performances in their debuts, showing up on highlights that went viral in the football world.

    Their performances got the attention of many current and former players as well. Notably, former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant hopped on X on Friday night to praise the Colorado rookies for putting on a show. Notably, the Tweet came after Cleveland QB Shedeur Sanders and Baltimore wide receiver LaJohntay Wester made their debuts on Friday.

    This led to a big reaction from fans in the comments.

    Shedeur Sanders Stands Out Among Colorado Rookies After the First Weekend of Preseason Action

    The Colorado Buffaloes had many former players make their NFL preseason debuts this week. Both the Sanders brothers, Travis Hunter, LaJohntay Wester, as well as a few others, made their first NFL appearances. While many had good performances, Shedeur Sanders was the biggest standout of the weekend.

    Despite going up against many of the Carolina Panthers’ starters while the Browns mostly played backups, Sanders led them to a 30-10 win. He showed why so many analysts viewed him as a first-round prospect, completing 14 of 23 passing attempts for 138 yards and two TDs.
