Sanders’ “watch flex” move, while a fan favorite in Boulder, became a lightning rod during his draft slide. In February 2025, NFL Rookie Watch reported that teams, including an anonymous GM, flagged Shedeur’s “off-the-field/attitude” issues, citing the celebration as immature.
